Auburn plays New Mexico State this week with as straight forward a task as a team can have. Look for Auburn to win early, win conclusively, and win big. This game needs to be over before half time, with no turn overs, and with Auburn putting significant points on the board. If any of this doesn`t happen, they are officially up the plains without a wagon.

Victories may be scarce this season, but if they can settle down and improve each week Auburn might salvage 2007 as a building year.
