  I just listened (through my office door) to a manager attending a seminar explaining how she had read this life changing book. She said, "I have STOPPED picking up monkeys." What? Now she had my attention. "Problems and issues are like monkeys," she explained. "You know how monkeys swing. Well, at my office, monkeys climb and I was always picking them up; not anymore. When someone comes into my office with a monkey, I tell them that is your problem. I can help you with your monkey, but its not getting on my back." OMG!
